A Thousand Years.

I couldn't believe what I did. I was crying in the rain. it's so ashamed. for the reason that I don't understand. and listen to the song that makes me more miss the person who makes the excuses to cry in the night, it's something bad. I have to stop this feeling but.. *sigh* :'( it's like I have to shout this words ... 
"for a thousand years, I'll love you for a thousand more."  
I wish you'd listen closer to the song I play, 'cause the lyrics speak the words I fail to say.

"Hey You ! I'm Fine"

This list made me laugh because I'm guilty of using all of these. In fact, I got into an "argument" with my friend this morning and it ended with me saying "fine"... hahha :p

Happy New Year 1434 H :)

 

This first time, when I came to caffe Strawberry with my beloved friend @iindahpm :) 

we looked like younger than our reality :p LOL

because the most people who came there were high school students.

     

we used all the existing properties such as hats, gloves, sunglasses, and whatever :p

we laughed and cried together. we didn't care what the people said about us. 

we only escape from our story love.

we played a card game.

Look at my face ! it was full of powder -..- because I lost the game *sigh* but I was happy too much :'D.

I was so thankful at that time. we really really really escape from the love.

 I didn't know why these feelings appear and disappear, but when I felt that I wasn't alone.  

it was better than anything.

Thank you too much @iindahpm :') hopefully, you will get the best for your heart.

8 Step to increasing our motivation

Here are 8 important steps to creating motivation, all of which are very helpful if motivation is to be achieved and sustained. :D

1. Motive (incentive, cause, stimulus, reason)
Motive can be seen as the first step in motivation. It is the original incentive behind the idea of considering a new goal.

2. Value – Importance, significance, interest
Value reflects how much importance we place on the goal itself. It is the prompter to proceed - helping us to go beyond the idea, and seriously consider how the results would affect our lives.

3. Commitment - intention, conviction, promise, decision
Commitment is the point at which we declare our intention to take action. It is our promise to begin the journey towards our goal.

4. Focus - purpose, objective, goal, direction, planning
Focus keeps our objective in constant sight. It strengthens our chances of success by providing purpose and direction to our actions.

5. Belief - faith, confidence, positive thinking, certainty
Belief gives us the faith that our goals can and will be reached. It gives us confidence in ourselves and keeps us thinking positively about the outcome.

6. Self-discipline - dedication, determination, willpower, tenacity, perseverance
Self-discipline provides us with the determination needed to stay on track. It keeps us going no matter what obstacles arise. It ensures that our goals are honoured everyday with appropriate action.

7. Enthusiasm - desire, passion, fire, excitement, eagerness
Enthusiasm gives passion to our focus. It turns our desire into a fire that is not easily extinguished.

8. Progress – acknowledgement, encouragement, reward
Progress makes the journey towards our goal more pleasurable. By acknowledging our progress along the way we maintain our enthusiasm and momentum.

My lecturer said that having defined motivation as a series of simple steps, it should be a relatively easy task to make a start. However, there are many obstacles that can block our progress before we even begin. It is, therefore, very important that these obstacles be faced and challenged.

By systematically working through each step and choosing affirmations that address each obstacle along the way, you will soon have all the motivation you require to attain your goals.

* I am also learning about this. Every day I am more and more motivated to work on creating my dreams. because I am a Dream Chaser ^^

\(´▽`)/ 10-11-12 ! wow.. that's a beautiful date for wedding :p

We know, Marriage, is an important moment for everyone. Including me. After so long, I hope it's a sacred event to happen in my life. hihhi

I wanna get married but ... I'm afraid to fall in love (again). because *piiiiip *sensor* :p  

and when my friend asked me "Are you single?” 

I answered "NO, I'm in a long distance relationship!!” 

“Aww, where's he from?” 

“The FUTURE !" hihhi.. that's a ridiculous conversation. :p
but, in deep my whole heart I wish that I will get someone who I can act silly with, someone who treats me well and loves being with me and I want to love someone whose heart has been broken, so that he knows exactly how it feels and won't break mine *ouch :') 

and now, I'm just going to keep my heart as well as possible, so that it doesn't break (again). aamiin.
